Mr David Anthony (Chair) 

B. Sc. Agr. David Anthony has 30 years background of Science in Agriculture. In the past David has been Vice Chairman Australian Cotton Growers Research Association Inc 15 years, Treasurer/Vice Chairman Cotton Seed Distributors Limited 9 years, Director Cargill Australia 7 years, Director/Vice Chairman Cotton Research and Development Corporation 9 years, Member Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chairman/Managing Director Auscott Limited and Chairman Cotton Catchment Communities CRC Ltd.

Mr John Herbert (Deputy Chair)
John Herbert has had a lifetime experience in agribusiness at CEO and Director level. This has included significant experience in research management and commercialisation in the private and public sectors. He has a strong interest in and a practical approach to effective corporate governance. John is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. He has served on the Board of RIRDC and Golden Casket Lottery Corporation and as Chair of the Rice CRC and the CRC for Tropical Plant Protection. In addition to his role on the Cotton CRC Board he is Chair of the Right Mind Pty Ltd.

Mrs. Barbara Grey
Barbara has an extensive, practical knowledge of and hands-on experience in the cotton industry, operating an irrigated farming enterprise in SW Qld. Barbara is a Graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (2009); current chair of Wincott; recipient of the Cotton Australia Innovative Grower of the Year Award (2007), and current member of the WTAA Women & Leadership advisory board.

Mr David Hamilton
B Agr Sc (Queensland), MS (Agron) (Texas A&M), FAICD. David Hamilton has extensive experience and interest in field crop agriculture and in the application of technology. He has particular interests in research, development, extension and education, especially in the cotton industry, having previously served on the Cotton Research and Development Corporation Board. He is a member of the Audit Committee, the elected Board representative of Queensland Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries, the NSW Department of Primary Industries and WA Department of Agriculture. David is a member of the Cotton CRC Finance and Audit Sub-Committee.

Dr Gary Fitt
BSc (Hons), PhD, ATSE, AICD; Dr Gary Fitt has extensive experience in the science agricultural sector. Prior to his appointment as Senior Principal Research Scientist and Deputy Chief, CSIRO Entomology he was the Strategy Director of CSIRO Entomology, Chief Executive Officer for the Australian Cotton CRC and a Program Leader Cotton CSIRO Plant Industry. Gary is a fellow of the Royal Entomological Society of London, Australian Entomological Society, British Ecological Society and the Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering. 

Ms Kathryn Adams
B.Sc. Agr (Hons), M.Env Stud, M.Bus, LLM, Diploma AICD; Kathryn Adams expertise encompasses intellectual property, corporate governance, R&D investment, business development and environmental management.

Mr Rob Dugdale
Rob Dugdale is currently the Chief Executive of Cotton Growers Services Ltd located in Wee Waa, NSW. He has worked with The Shell Company of Australia Ltd in research, sales and marketing capacities based in Dubbo, Adelaide and Melbourne. Prior to joining CGS, Rob was the Cotton Products Manager for AgrEvo Ltd also based in Melbourne. He is a Director of the Australian Cotton Industry Council, Chairman of the Pesticides and Biotechnology Committee, Secretary and Past Chairman of the Cotton Agricultural Products Association. He has been a Director of Cotton Communications Ltd and a Director of the South Australian Apprentice of the Year Program. He is a past President of the Pest Control Association of South Australia. Rob has completed several business development programs at the Mt Eliza Business school and the Australian Institute of Management and holds a Diploma of Applied Science in Agriculture.

Ms Diane Bentley
B. Sc. Agr., GAICD; Diane Bentley has extensive expertise and interest in sustainability issues in relation to agriculture and natural resource management, policy development and research and development investment. Assistant Commissioner, Natural Resources Commission of NSW; Director, Land & Water Australia; Deputy Chair, GRDC Northern Panel; Member, CB Alexander Foundation.
