Background: A graduate of Charles Sturt University, Phillip began his career as an insect scout and agronomist with Cotton Growers Services where he then served as a Branch Manager Development Manager and then as Marketing Manager. His most recent appointment was with international agroscience organisation Syngenta Crop Protection, with responsibilities including innovation, strategic management, commercialisation, and crop protection relating to both cotton and sugar production
