This survey conducted by CCA members will help to define the potential risk for next season from Cotton Bunchy Top disease and also to help alert growers to these risks.

Responses from this survey will be used for research and extension purposes.  Data will be amalgamated and individual enterprises and survey respondents will not be identified in reporting.

It is intended consultants will complete a separate survey for each individual farm or enterprise. Once one farm is submitted users will be forward to a confirmation page that gives them the option of entering another farm.

Section 1 should be completed after surveying fields and non-crop areas to identify areas of potential hosts (Ratoon /volunteers & broadleaf weeds).

Section 2 should be completed after interviewing grower. Survey participants are encouraged to talk with their growers about the risks of Cotton Bunchy Top to yield and the risk factors including areas identified as having over winter hosts.
