MCPA + picloram
Herbicide Damage Information

MCPA plus picloram (Tordon® 242)                            Group I

Cotton plants were exposed to a combination of MCPA and picloram. The combination was  applied at 50% and 10% of a typical field dose rate. The formulation used was Tordon® 242 Cereal Herbicide (MCPA 420 g a.i./L, present as the potassium salt plus picloram 26 g a.i./L present as the potassium salt), a Dow AgroSciences product, at 500 ml/ha and 100 ml/ha. Tordon 242 was applied preplanting and at 5, 10 and 17 nodes of cotton growth, broadcast over the crop
in 100 L water/ha. All data were compared to an untreated control.
